A little goes a long way

Strong effective, Don't be over generous with how much you pour into the bath. It is effective with only a little and you feel so much better after a soak in it. In the hot weather I thought a little poured into a bowl and soaking tired swollen feet in it helped a great deal. It is easy to put too much in as the consistency is light but you really do need a small amount only.

Magic in a bottle

My friend introduced me to this as ‘magic bath stuff’ and I can’t say I disagree. I’ve used it in baths and just in a bowl of hot water when I’m feeling under the weather in any number of ways from colds to headaches and migraines or stiff muscles. If you’re already feeling great then it just makes for a delightful bath.

This is the re-named 'Cold and Flu' Soak' and appears to have the same ingredients as before. For anyone suffering from a heavy cold, the flu' or Covid, a few caps of this in a steaming bath helped ease my sinuses and promoted a better night's sleep. Alternatively, inhaling a cap's worth in a bowl of hot water also helps. Highly recommended.

First time user of Aesop

I have fine hair & my scalp & hair seemed to be getting drier with the brand I used. Was recommended this by a guy who uses it & have used it four times in the past week. The smell is lovely & you don’t need much. The dispenser also doesn’t overdose you with shampoo either
